Everyone is welcome to attend a free concert by Bevan Williams and The Bublé Experience on Tuesday 30 October in the Music Auditorium at the Faculty of Education, Epsom, Auckland.
The progamme kicks off at 6.30pm with a short set of swing classics by the Bublé Experience band led by Trevor Thwaites and featuring Jim Langabeer, Markus Fritsch and members of the Prohibition Big Band.
From 7.00pm Bevan Williams will take centre stage to lead the band through two sets of Michael Bublé’s most popular songs.
Bevan, a trained tenor, has recently returned to New Zealand from Italy where he has been performing in operas.
Having been a long term admirer of Michael Bublé’s voice and repertoire, Bevan purchased charts of Bublé’s live performances, entered into a management contract with One Entertainment and invited Trevor Thwaites to form a thirteen-piece band to back him.
The Bublé Experience is embarking on it’s first public performances this coming week with corporate performances in Auckland and Hamilton, and is holding the Tuesday pre-launch concert as a dress rehearsal for family, friends and other acquintances.
If you (or anyone you know) would like to attend, just front up to the Auditorium at the Epsom campus, Gate 3, 74 Epsom Avenue.
Put on your dancing shoes or sit back and enjoy the experience.
